Dear Community Member
The Town of Bergen is applying for a NYS Playgrounds Advancing Youth Socialization (NY PLAYS) Grant to construct an inclusive playground at the town’s Robins Brook Park on Townline Road.
In order to show community support and enhance our chances of getting a grant we are requesting letters of support from residents of Town of Bergen.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a letter of support and have attached a sample letter that can be used to write your letter. Please feel free to add to or change the letter in any way. Also please do not mail the letter of support to the agency it is addressed to and instead return it to the me at supervisor@bergenny.org or mail or drop it off at the Town Hall, 10 Hunter Street P.O. Box 249, Bergen NY 14416
We would appreciate the letter of support by 4/1/2026.
